We will only provide cover for your product if you agree to take all reasonable steps to protect your product to prevent breakdown and accidental damage or minimise the effects of a breakdown once it has occurred. All claims must be made within 30 days of discovery of the incident. Failure to do so may delay your claim. If the product is replaced, or your account is credited, the plan will terminate.
