TJ that is so weird because I have used it on the metal around the top of the chandeliers I have purchased and on the metal arms. Normally, I would use my finger but for sample purposes, I did use gloves as to not mix any of the colors.So, I have a frameless mirror on the wall in my living room and I bought some molding to frame it out. This step is only required if you want an aged/patina effect, but paint gives the Rub n Buff better adhesion and is a good idea for a slick surface. I knew Rub ‘n Buff was the answer, and I was finally able to carve out some time last weekend to make it happen. This is a designer’s secret for an easy DIY to update the look of almost any solid surface without breaking the bank.
