The most interesting aspect is a technique that I’ve never seen before where the eight soft axle 19L (part 32235) elements are hidden in a collar at the top but are not attached to anything. This works reasonably well, although soft axle components are hard to keep straight, making it difficult to a make the legs look uniform. While there are no new parts in this set, there are a few parts appearing in new colors for the first time.
